In life and work, we often use WPS text for office work, so how to revise the article?
￭Take this poem as an example. Click Review-Revise to enter the revision mode.
The shortcut key for revision mode is: Ctrl+Shift+E.
Select "Peacock Flying Southeast", click on the font pop-up window, change it to blue, and the revision record will be displayed on the right side of the text.
￭So how to customize the revision style?
Click the revision option, and a dialog box will pop up. In the revision column options, we can modify the annotation, comment box and printing.
We set the inserted content to bold black, the deleted content to slanted red, and the revised line to outline blue.
The comment box can choose the presentation effect of the revision method. We choose to display the revision content and click OK to set it to a custom revision style.
You can experiment and insert and delete in the text. The style of the revision box on the right will also change with the settings.
￭The purpose of changing the username is to facilitate identification when multiple people modify it. You can add the username yourself.
￭There is a mark final status setting bar displayed on the right side of the revision.
Click to set the original and final states in which the mark is displayed, and the original and final state in which the mark is not displayed.
Click the display mark and we can check the comments, operations, reviewers and comment boxes that need to be displayed.
￭Click the reviewer to check the reviewer, review time and review pane so that we can view the revision record.
The previous and next items can automatically jump to the previous and next revisions.
Click Accept and Reject to accept or reject individual revisions, accept or reject revisions in all formats, accept or reject all displayed revisions, and accept or reject changes made to the document. All revisions.
