In Word documents, chapters are a very important concept.
For example, which chapter, which section, and which point. The format of these contents also has certain requirements.
For hierarchical content systems like chapters, WPS text has a default format that can be quickly set.
￭ On the "Home" tab, open the "Styles and Formatting" task pane.
The format of "Text" and "Title 1, 2, 3, 4" are visible.
They have a certain level of logic.
Title 1 is the chapter title;
Heading 2 is the section title under the chapter;
Heading 3 is a small dot title under the section.
Set as follows:
￭ After entering the text, click "Title 1" to set the chapter title format. It can be seen that the paragraph text refers to the "Title 1" format.
￭ Section title, click on the title and select "Title 2" or "Title 3".
￭ After setting the format, view the document directory in "View" - "Navigation Pane".
In this way, the content of the document will be hierarchical and clear.
