WPS text selection function can help us quickly select specified content in the document.
Its location is at the beginning of the menu bar - select.
Four options in total:
Select all, select objects, dotted selection table, selection pane.
￭ Select all to select the entire text. You can also directly use the shortcut key CTRL+A and click any area with the mouse to cancel the selection.
￭ Other text selection shortcuts in WPS text include:
Double-click the mouse quickly to automatically select a byte.
First select a certain document area, hold down the CTRL key, and then drag to select other areas to select discontinuous areas of the document at the same time.
Place the cursor at the beginning of the line and press Shift + Down Arrow to select a line of text.
Place the cursor at the beginning of the line and press Ctrl + Shift + Down Arrow to select a paragraph.
￭ Selecting an object can turn the cursor into a selection cursor for selecting text box graphics.
Usually we click the text boxes one by one and hold down the CTRL key to select, which is time-consuming and error-prone.
We select select-select objects.
Easily select all text boxes.
After the selection is completed, right-click on any text box-combine to move it as you like.
To deselect the cursor, double-click in another area of the document.
￭ When we want to select the table area contained in the text, it is easy to select other text areas.
The virtual frame selection table can turn the cursor into a selection cursor.
We select the selection-dashed box selection form.
The table area in the document can be selected, and it has no effect on other selected areas.
Click once to select the table in the virtual box to cancel this mode.
￭ The selection pane allows you to view all objects that appear in the document in the form of a list.
We select the Select-Select Pane.
Double-click the object title area to change the object file name.
Clicking on an object can also quickly locate the corresponding document location.
You can also select the Show-Hide button on the right side of the object title to hide the object.
