1. The problem of layout deformation
You can open the file, click "File" and select "Output to PDF", and then print using PDF to retain the document layout.
2. Problem that the background cannot be printed
Take this document as an example. When you click Print Preview, you find that the background image is missing. The reason is that the background image uses the image background in the page layout.
This is not supportedprinting, what should I do?
￭First click on the "Page Layout" menu bar, find "Background", and select "Delete Page Background".
Click the "Insert" menu bar and click "Picture" to insert a picture.
Click "Wrap" in the "Image Tools" menu bar and select "Inline Below Text".
Adjust the image size as needed. After the settings are completed, click "Print Preview" again. At this time, you can see the background appear in the print preview effect.
￭But if the document has multiple pages, it is troublesome to insert and adjust them one by one. Here is a little trick to quickly apply background images.
First select the picture you just set and hold down "Ctrl+X" to cut the picture.
Insert the "Header and Footer" and paste the image with "Ctrl+V"at the "Header" position.
At this point you can see that all pages have background images.
3. Text cannot update data
Click the "File"-"Options" button in the upper left corner, find the "Print" column, check the "Update Domain" box in the "Print Options", and click "OK".
This will automatically update the data when printing in the future.
