When copying and pasting data in Excel into a Word document, sometimes the table format will also be pasted in.
To keep only the content, you can follow these steps:
First, select the data form in Excel, then right-click and select Copy.
Next, right-click on a blank space in the Word document and select the "Paste text only" option.
In this way, the copied and pasted content will not contain Excel's table formatting, only the data itself.
