Rounds the argument Number down in the direction of decreasing absolute value to equal the nearest multiple of Significance.
Grammar
FLOOR（number,significance）
Number The value to be rounded.
Significance cardinality.
Description
• If any argument is nonnumeric, Floor returns the #VALUE! error value.
• If Number and Significance have opposite signs, function Floor returns the #Num! error value.
• Regardless of the sign of the Number, the absolute value of the argument is reduced when rounded.
If Number is exactly a multiple of Significance, no rounding is required.
