In product sales work, we often encounter the need to sort and filter sales. So how to use pivot tables to sort, filter, and collect statistics?
Let me teach you a little trick. Taking the sales table as an example, we can filter out and sort the data with a sales volume greater than or equal to 10,000.
■Place the cursor at (A3), right-click and select Sort-Descending.
■Place the cursor at (F3) and click on the upper menu bar-Data-Auto Filter.
Click the triangular filter symbol in the lower right corner of (E3) Sales, and a dialog box will pop up. We select Numeric Filter - Greater than or equal to.
A custom filtering method dialog box pops up with two parameters:
"Displayed rows" refers to the data rows displayed after filtering is set. We can customize the automatic filtering method.
Because we need to filter data with a sales volume greater than or equal to 10,000, we select "greater than or equal to" in the condition.
Enter (10000) in the parameter field.
Click OK to filter out the data with a sales volume greater than or equal to 10,000 and sort them in descending order.
