The specific operation method is as follows:
1. Enter the homepage of China Personnel Examination Network (http://www.cpta.com.cn) and click "Certificate Verification".
2. Jump to the national professional and technical personnel vocational qualification certificate inquiry and verification page, and click "Certificate Download".
3. Enter the login page and enter your username, password, and graphic verification code to log in.
4. Read the service instructions and click "Agree" to enter the certificate download page. Click "Certificate Information" to view the information corresponding to the certificate. If you have any questions about the information, please contact the certificate issuing authority. If the information is correct, click "Download".
5. The e-certificate apostille and download page pops up, click "Apply for certificate apostille".
6. Load the certificate apostille information, select the usage scenario, the apostille validity period, and click "Submit apostille application".
7. After the certificate is added, you can click "View" or "Download" to view and download the electronic certificate.
