When we need to make special explanations for certain data without affecting the overall effect , you can insert comments in the table, take this table as an example.
▪ Position the mouse on the cell where the comment needs to be inserted, and click Review-New Comment on the upper menu bar. Its shortcut key is Shift+F2.
Enter the comment content and it will be inserted.
▪If you want to show/hide comments, click Show/Hide Comments to perform the show or hide operation.
If you need to display all comments, click to display all comments; if you need to continue editing Comment, click Edit Comment to edit it.
If this comment is not needed, you can click Delete Comment to delete it.
