When we use the WPS table statistics report, we want to highlight the cell data.
You can fill the cell background color or cell shading pattern.
▪Taking this table as an example, if we choose to fill the cells in column A with color.
Select the data in column A, click the menu bar above to start - fill color.
Select the color you want to fill and click to fill.
▪We can also fill the cells with patterns.
Select the cell range, right-click "Format Cells", its shortcut key is Ctrl+1.
In the pop-up "Format Cells" dialog box, click the pattern.
Here you can set the cell shading pattern style and color.
▪We can also set the fill effect in Cell Format-Pattern.
Click "Fill Effect", here we can set a gradient two-color fill effect.
Set color 1 and color 2, set shading style and deformation effect.
Click OK to apply the padding.
