When there are multiple sets of data in a table, we can use the record sheet to quickly view it , review data.
▪ Take this data table as an example, select the cell where "Department" is located, and click Data - Record Sheet.
▪In the pop-up window that pops up, we can click on the next item or the previous item to view each piece of data.
If some data is no longer needed, you can click Delete to delete it.
▪If you need to add new data, click New to add it.
If you find that you need the original data during the operation, you can click Restore to restore it.
