When writing a thesis report, we often encounter the problem of formatting paragraphs.
The style function in WPS text can make our operations more convenient and faster.
The following is a detailed introduction to the text style function of WPS.
￭First click on the menu bar - Start. In the text style bar, we can see that there are two modes: preset style and customized new style.
The commonly used text, title, header and footer styles have been set in the default style.
Select the text and click the style to apply the format.
￭If the default style cannot meet your needs, we can also customize a new style.
Click on the new style, and you can set the attributes and format of the style in the pop-up window.
Including name, type, font, font size, line spacing and layout, etc.
Now set a new style as a demonstration, enter the name of the new style "test" in the name bar,
The type can be paragraph or character. I chose paragraph. The style can be based on the existing default style or no style.
Next, you can modify the font format, set imitation Song, size 4 font, italic, and set paragraph alignment below.
If you need more detailed settings, you can click "Format" in the lower left corner to further adjust fonts, paragraphs, borders, etc.
You can also set shortcut buttons and so on.
After setting, check "Also save to template" and click OK.
You can find the new "test" style just added in the default style.
