If you want to quickly check whether there are incorrect calculations in the table, you can use the "Check Error" function of the table.
▪Click the "Error Check" button on the "Formula" tab to check the table data.
At this time, an error is detected in cell B4, and the cause of the error is that there are empty strings before and after the table content, which may cause errors in the calculation results.
We can correct the current error cell during error checking.
▪Click the "Next" button. At this time, an error is detected in cell D6, and the reason for the error is that the formula contains unrecognizable text.
Click "Show Calculation Steps" to pop up the "Formula Evaluation" pop-up window. Click "Evaluate" to evaluate this formula step by step. We can see cell B6 Cells C6 and C6 are all date cells that can be calculated. Text d was identified as unrecognizable text. After we found the problem, we modified text d in the formula and the calculation can be performed normally.
▪Click the "Options" button in the "Check Errors" pop-up window. You can set the error checking of the table, such as setting the color of the error prompt and setting the error checking rules.
