Returns the number of all working days between two dates, using parameters to indicate which days are weekends and how many are weekends.
Weekends and any days designated as holidays are not considered business days.

NETWORKDAYS.INTL(start_date, end_date, [weekend], [holidays])
NETWORKDAYS.INTL function syntax has the following parameters:
■start_date and end_date: Required, the dates whose differences are to be calculated. start_date can be earlier than, later than, or the same as end_date.
■weekend: Optional, representing a weekend day between start_date and end_date but not included in all working days.
weekend isa weekend number or string that specifies the weekend day.
weekend value represents the following weekend days:
For example, 0000011 results in Saturday and Sunday being the weekend.
■holidays: Optional, an optional set of dates representing one or more dates to be excluded from the weekday calendar.
holidays should be a range of cells containing the relevant dates, or an array constant consisting of sequence values representing those dates.
The order of dates or serial values in holidays can be arbitrary.
Description
■If start_date is later than end_date, the return value will be negative and the quantity will be the number of all working days.
■If start_date is outside the range of the current date base value, please NETWORKDAYS. International returns #NUM! .
■If end_date is not within the range of the current date base value, NETWORKDAYS. International returns #NUM! .
■If the weekend string has an invalid length or contains invalid characters, NETWORKDAYS. International returns #VALUE! .
