According to the "Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the National Rural Revitalization Bureau, and the National Law Popularization Office issued the "Working Standards for the Training of Rural "Law-savvy People" (Trial Implementation) > Notice" (Si Fa Tong [2021] No. 72) stipulates that the Ministry of Justice has formulated a unified format for rural "law savvy persons" certificates and badges, which are now announced and activated, and the relevant matters are notified as follows.

1. After the rural “legally aware persons” are determined through standardized procedures, the judicial bureau of the county (district) where they are located will issue a certificate and badge to the rural “legally aware persons”.

2. County (district) judicial bureaus should take into account local realities and follow the principles of practicality, ease of implementation, and cost-saving to coordinate and organize the production of certificates and badges for rural “law-savvy persons”. They are not allowed to collect fees No fees are charged, and the company actively accepts social and public supervision. The rural “Law Aware Person” certificate and badge vector production files can be downloaded for free on the Smart Legal Popularization Platform (http://legalinfo.moj.gov.cn/pub/sfbzhfx/index.html).

3. Rural “Law-savvy Persons” certificates and badges are for “Law-savvy Persons” to use and wear when performing their duties and participating in training and other activities. If the party concerned no longer serves as the village's "legally aware person", the county (district) judicial bureau shall cancel the certificate and withdraw the badge in a timely manner.

Rural "Legal Understanding Person" certificate, badge style and description

1. Cover, inner core style and description of rural “Law-savvy Person” certificate

(1) The certificate cover is made of leather (PVC), with the badge logo and text gilded.

The color of the certificate is maroon red, and the gold letters are bright gold.

(2) The diameter of the badge mark is 35MM.

The text font is Founder and Big Standard Song, and the size is 27PT.

(3) The inner core of the certificate is printed on paper.

(3) The badge is circular with a diameter of 25MM.

(4) A flat buckle or pin buckle can be used on the back of the badge.
