Solution to why ppt file cannot be opened

Solution to the first reason:
1. The ppt software is not installed
Users must first check whether their computer has PPT software installed, such as OFFICE or WPS. If the corresponding software package is not downloaded and installed, it can be opened after the installation is successful.
2. The opening method of PPT files is not related.
Generally, we double-click the PPT file directly. If it is not opened by the default PPT software, it will not be opened. Solution to the second reason:
1. PPT software version compatibility
The default format of versions after 2007 is pptx, while the 2003 version has a ppt file extension. You just need to convert the format of the file, and then open it in the version you are currently using.
2. The ppt file is damaged
Due to some reasons, such as unexpected computer power outage, system crash, virus infection, etc., the PPT file cannot be opened. To solve the problem, try to repair it or use some repair tools to see if the file can be repaired.
