In daily organization, when faced with a pile of messy files, how can you batch rename all the files with one click?
Take the files in this area on the desktop as an example. Now let’s see how to use the batch rename function.
Select the file, right-click the mouse, and click "Batch Rename" in the WPS function recommendation location.
In the left area, we can adjust the sorting of files, clear files from the list, and add files.

First drag the unified name and enter "Help" in the content input box.

Drag and drop to insert the date, we can set the required date format and insertion position.
Then drag and drop to insert the text, because we want it to appear before the date.
During the dragging process, you can drag directly to before the insertion date, and just set the inserted content and position.
