Recently, the Huizhou Public Security Bureau released a video on a short video platform saying that a man in Longmen County brought his own stereo and went to the store to play a fake payment sound.
After the shop owner called the police, Huizhou Longmen Public Security successfully arrested the suspect after careful investigation and tracking.

The video shows that at 14:00 on September 4, a man wearing a black cap and mask entered the store. In order to understand the merchant's payment voice, he scanned the QR code and paid 1 yuan to buy a lighter.
About 2 minutes later, the man came to the store again on his electric bicycle to buy high-priced items. He pretended to scan the store's QR code while the store owner's back was turned to get the goods, but what he actually scanned was his own payment code.
After the scan was successful, the man used the speaker he carried to play the sound of "receipt of 960 yuan received" to confuse the merchant without actually paying.
On the 8th, a staff member of the Longmen County Public Security Bureau said: "The amounts involved are different, and the final punishment results are also different."
The staff reminded: Merchants must develop the habit of verifying the actual amount received when collecting payments, and cannot rely solely on voice recognition. If you encounter similar problems, you should call the police at the nearby police station in time.
