The Beijing Haiwang organic liquid hydrogen storage project created the "Ningdong Speed" of landing in the Ningdong pilot base in three months, and it only took half a year to successfully complete the pilot test. Currently, the "Ningdong Brand", which is promoting new hydrogenation stations with domestic blank technology, is expected to drive three pilot technology projects and industrial investment projects including new hydrogenation stations, organic liquid hydrogen storage catalysts and hydrogen storage carriers.
The speed of replacing exhibition boards cannot keep up with the speed of companies moving in. Where does this phenomenon come from?
The relevant person in charge of the Ningdong base said that the Ningdong base held its first scientific and technological innovation conference and introduced the highly valuable "Ningdong Innovation 20" policy, significantly increased investment in scientific and technological innovation at this level, and strived to increase key core technology research and innovation Provide reward and subsidy support for platform construction, cultivation of scientific and technological enterprises, and output and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
While providing positive guidance and incentives, Ningdong Base has established a reverse pressure mechanism for enterprise R&D investment assessment for the first time to guide and encourage enterprises to increase R&D investment. Last year, the number of science and technology enterprises in the park increased by 35% year-on-year. The R&D expenditures of the Ningdong base increased by 23% compared with the previous year. The proportion of enterprises above designated size with R&D activities reached 55%, and the R&D investment intensity reached 2.27%, 0.71 percentage points higher than the level of the entire district. In the first quarter of this year, 15 Ningdong-level scientific and technological innovation projects were approved, with financial subsidies of 18.16 million yuan. The research and development project of solid electrolyte materials for sensors jointly carried out by Ningxia Xihong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai University of Technology has achieved the industrial production of solid electrolyte materials with high conductivity at room temperature. The Shanghai Donggeng degradable plastic PGA project, as an extension project of the coal-to-ethylene glycol industry chain, has attracted great attention from domestic first-class enterprises.
