It will send the file to others as a link, and you can also set friends' editing permissions, link validity period, and customize the sharing permissions to close the file.

▪ Take this file as an example, click "Share" on the upper right, and the "Share File" dialog box will pop up.
▪We can also find documents we want to share with others on the homepage panel.
Select the document and click the "Share" button on the right side of the document to share the document with others.
▪In the sharing panel, you can set public sharing, such that anyone can view and edit.
You can also set a specific range of sharing, such as "Only designated people can view/edit".
If we want anyone to be able to receive the files I share and edit them, select "Anyone can edit".
Click "Create Share" to quickly generate a share file link.

You can also set download, save and print permissions in "Advanced Settings".
After setting up, just copy the link and send it to your friends.
▪When sharing a normal link, friends click the share link and need to log in if they want to enter the document.
In the "Share link" interface, click "Get login-free link" and send this link to your friend.
When friends click this link, they can enter and edit the document without logging in.
In addition, we can also add collaborators by searching the address book.
Or add collaborators to edit the document together by scanning the QR code to share.
If you want to cancel sharing, click "Cancel Sharing" in the link permissions area of the sharing link interface.
▪< span style="">If want to send the document to your mobile phone, click < /span>"Send to mobile phone",Click span>"Add device", use the mobile version of WPS to scan the QR code to add a device.
After setting up, click Send to send the document to Mobile phone, The documents sent can be viewed in the Me-Message of the mobile version of WPS.
▪If you want to send the document directly to a friend, click " Send File",Open the location of the file, drag and drop to send to your friends.
