After creating a team, you need to add members to the team.
▪Click on the corresponding team, such as "Marketing Department". Click "Add Member" and then "Add from Contacts".
▪You can choose to add from the company address book. After selecting the members to be added from the address book , click "OK", and the team members are successfully added.
▪After members join the team, they can access the content of the files in the team.
