In daily office work, in order to improve employees' security awareness and reduce the risk of leaks, it is sometimes necessary to add watermarks to corporate documents. How can you add watermarks to all corporate documents?
1. After logging in with the enterprise administrator account, click [Management Backstage] on the product page to enter the enterprise management backend:
2. Click [Enterprise Settings]-[General Settings]-[Show Enterprise Document Watermark] in the enterprise management background
3. After setting the corporate document watermark information as needed in the pop-up window, click [OK], and the corporate document watermark will be successfully turned on:
