After setting the permissions on the team folder, we will encounter that some files in the team are allowed to be edited by members.
Some folders are not allowed to be edited by members. For this, we can set permissions for the files in the folder.
▪ Taking this folder as an example, if we want to set document A to only allow members to edit.
Select document A, right-click "Who can edit", and the document permission pop-up window will pop up.
On the right side of "Who can edit" you can set the members who can edit this document.
If set to "Only some people can edit this document".
Except for members who are allowed to edit, other team members can only view this document.
▪ Then, if we want to set the B document so that only some members can view it and cannot edit it.
Select file B, right-click "Who can view", and a pop-up window for the file permissions will pop up.
On the right side of "Who can view", you can set the members who can view this document.
The above is the basic operation of setting document permissions in the team folder.
