After we create the team, we invite members to join the team.
Sometimes you may encounter some folders in the team folder that members are allowed to edit.
Another part of the folder is not allowed to be edited by members. For this, we can set permissions for this folder.
▪ Taking this team as an example, if we want to set the A folder to only allow members to edit.
Select folder A and right-click "Who can edit".
The folder permissions pop-up window will pop up. On the right side of "Who can edit", you can set the members who can edit this folder.
If set to "Only some people can edit this folder".
Except for members who are allowed to edit, other team members can only view this folder.
▪ Then, if we want to set the B folder so that only some members can view it and cannot edit it.
Select folder B, right-click "Who can view", and a pop-up window for permissions of the folder will pop up.
On the right side of "Who can view", you can set the members who can view this folder.
If it is set to "Only some people can view this folder", then in addition to the members who are set to "View only".
Other team members can edit this folder.
▪At the same time, we can also set "View" permissions, click the "Settings" button on the right side of "Who can view".
We can set whether "view-only" members can download, share, and delete files in the folder.
Make team folders more secure.

Does not allow others to edit, while other documents in this team folder can be edited.
We can set document permissions on a single document.
