In collaborative editing, when we need to comment on the document modified by students, we can use the comment function in collaborative editing.
▪ Enter the collaborative document page, use the mouse to select the sentence or paragraph that needs to be commented, and click the "+" sign on the right side of the page to create a comment. At this time, the comment dialog box will float in real time. The text on the right side of the page and selected by the box will be automatically marked according to the color of the collaborator. At the same time, click More in the upper right corner of the comment dialog box to reply and delete comments in real time, which is very convenient.
▪Next, click the menu bar in the upper left corner to open Follow Document Updates. Later, when new comments are generated on the collaborative document, members who follow the document update will receive a reminder of the comment update.
