If a document is accidentally deleted or tampered with, and you need to retrieve the historical version, you can use the following methods to solve the problem. If a document is accidentally deleted, you can restore it by following the following steps: 1. Go to the document homepage. 2. Click Recycle Bin in the left menu bar. 3. Find the accidentally deleted document in the team recycle bin to which the document belongs. 4. Right-click the document and select Recover. If the document has been tampered with and you want to find the history of previous versions, you can: 1. Click History above the menu bar. 2. Select a historical version. 3. In the historical version column that pops up on the right side of the page, you can see the version record on the timeline. Click the preview icon on the right to see the historical version. If you determine that you need to restore, you can click on the upper right corner of the page to restore to that version. However, it should be noted that once you choose to restore, the modifications after this version will be overwritten. If you need to upload a new version, you can replace the current version with the following steps: 1. Select More of the current file and click Historical Versions. 2. Select Upload new version. 3. Find the location of the replacement file and replace the current version.
