In teaching work, teachers often set up "communities" or "teams" to assist in managing students. After creating a school team on the Kingsoft Document Education Edition webpage, you can also set up a school department. By creating a department, you can clarify the work direction and responsibilities of the post personnel, clarify the organizational structure, and make the college team management more organized. Enter the created school, then click to enter the management background, then enter the management interface, click Address Book-Organizational Structure. Click "Add Sub-Department" on the right side of the school name, enter the department name to create it. After creation, we can invite students to join the department, click "Invite to Join" to invite students to join through a link or scan code. You can also click "Add Members" and manually enter member information to join. After manual addition, we can send an invitation activation notification via email, or in the form of a link or QR code. After the invitation, we can also adjust other students to the department just created. Select the student, click Adjust Department, and select the name of the department just created.
