In the standardization system During construction, special emphasis is placed on fully considering the responsibilities of all parties and mobilizing the initiative of all participating units.

1. Construction unit

(1) The construction unit is the first person responsible for the quality of the project and is fully responsible for the quality of the project.

(2) Construction Before the project starts, the unit must clarify the quality management objectives and formulate a project quality management plan. (3) The construction unit shall provide and experienced materials that meet the design depth requirements. Review qualified construction drawings and design documents.

(4) Construction The unit should establish a project construction management organization at the construction site and be equipped with corresponding personnel (not less than 3 people) such as on-site project leaders and on-site representatives. Among them, residential project site representatives must have intermediate or above professional engineering titles or corresponding professional qualifications.

(5) Construction After the project starts, the unit should entrust a construction unit to make a process sample wall display in a conspicuous location on the site. The display wall mainly includes formwork, steel bars, concrete, masonry, doors, windows, railings, exterior wall finishes, waterproofing (roofs, kitchens, bathrooms and other parts with anti-seepage requirements), building energy conservation and other technological contents.

(6) Body Before structural acceptance, the construction unit must complete the construction of the sample layer for handover. The construction unit shall organize supervision and construction units to comment on the quality of the sample layer for handover (the sample layer must meet the design and handover requirements) and accept it.

(7) Construction The unit is responsible for organizing pre-construction design briefing, household acceptance (residential projects) and project completion acceptance.

(8) Project Before completion acceptance, the construction unit should set up a permanent nameplate on a visible part of the building, stating the project name, completion date, and the names of the entities responsible for project quality and the names of the main persons responsible for the construction, survey, design, construction, and supervision units.

2. Construction unit

(1) The construction unit is responsible for the construction quality of the construction project.

(2) Construction The unit should establish a project management organization at the construction site and equip it with at least 7 full-time management personnel including project manager, technical person in charge, construction personnel, quality inspectors, safety personnel, materials personnel, and data personnel.

(3) Construction Units and project departments should establish a complete quality assurance system and implement a quality responsibility system.

(4) Construction The unit and project department should prepare targeted construction organization design and special construction plan based on the actual situation of the project, and submit them for approval in accordance with relevant procedures.

(5) Construction The person in charge of the unit's technology and quality departments should participate in basic acceptance, main acceptance, energy-saving branch acceptance, and completion acceptance. A regular quality inspection system should be established for the project department (not less than once per quarter).

(6) Construction The project department should implement the "three inspections" system and process handover system. Timely measure the masonry, concrete, plaster and other sub-items according to the acceptance specifications, and post the results on the wall or mark them in situ.

(7) Construction The project department should be equipped with current specifications, standard atlases and necessary testing tools required for project construction.

(8) Construction If a project implements general contracting and professional subcontracting, the general contractor shall strengthen management of the project quality of the subcontracting unit and assume joint and several liability. Subcontracting units shall accept the quality management of the general contracting unit.

(9) Construction After the personnel enter the site, the project department should conduct technical briefings according to the requirements of the process sample wall and make physical samples. After acceptance, the sample construction will be carried out.

(10) Construction The concrete standard curing specimens and the same-condition curing specimens should be kept on site according to regulations. The same-condition curing specimens should be placed in corresponding structural locations and equipped with special protective equipment. The standard curing specimens should be placed in the standard curing room or standard set on site. In the breeding box.

(11) Construction During the project warranty period, the construction unit shall perform warranty responsibilities and actively cooperate with the construction unit to assume quality warranty responsibilities in accordance with the content of the "Quality Warranty Measures for Housing Construction Projects" and the contract.

3. Supervision unit

(1) The supervision unit shall bear the supervision responsibility for the construction quality.

(2) Supervision The unit should set up a project supervision agency at the construction site and be equipped with at least three supervision personnel, including a chief supervision engineer, a professional supervision engineer and a witness. If a director representative is set up, the director representative must have the professional qualification of a supervision engineer.

(3) Supervision The unit should establish a supervision quality assurance system and implement a quality responsibility system.

(4) Supervision Units should implement a regular quality inspection system for projects, no less than three times for each project, and no less than once per quarter for long-term unit projects.

(5) Supervision The unit should prepare effective supervision plans and supervision implementation details based on the specific conditions of the project.

(6) Supervision Main work content of the unit:

1) Supervision unit The construction organization design and special plans submitted by the construction unit should be reviewed.

2) Supervision unit The qualifications of subcontracting units submitted by the construction unit should be reviewed.

(8) Supervision Personnel should strictly implement the model guidance system and improve the following work contents:

1) For construction The unit conducts supervision disclosures and forms disclosure minutes.

2) Organization building , construction and other units will inspect and accept the samples. After acceptance, they will be supervised strictly according to the samples.

(9) Supervision The unit should inspect the implementation of the construction unit's "three inspections" and process handover inspection systems.

(10) Project After completion acceptance, if quality complaints occur during the warranty period, the supervision unit shall assist the construction unit and construction unit in handling quality complaints.

2. Standardization implementation requirements

The construction unit should set up graphic and text templates at the construction site, preferably on the working surface, to implement visual management of the process. The graphic display should cover the practices of quality and technical standards, the causes and treatment measures of common quality problems, and the protection of finished products.
