The standard iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max are expected to continue to use LPDDR4X, which will allow iOS 16 to have a more perfect and smoother user experience when using Apple 14.
It is worth mentioning that Apple will use a mix of A15 and A16 processors on the new iPhone 14 series and the iPhone 13 series, and the standard version will still use the A15 processor (full blood version), while the iPhone 14 Pro version will use the new A16 processor.
