Tips to recover unsaved files in WPS

In life and work, we often use WPS to edit text content and data tables. However, sometimes you may encounter situations where you forget to save a document while editing it, or your computer suddenly loses power or freezes. If you have not turned on document cloud synchronization, how can you retrieve lost files? First, open WPS, create a new document and edit the content. Next, click the File menu, select Backup & Restore, and then click Backup Center. In the pop-up dialog box, click "Local Backup", find the file that needs to be restored and open it. If you want to view documents on other devices, you can turn on document cloud synchronization. Click the "Backup Sync" button, and you can choose "Manual Backup" or turn on "Document Cloud Sync". After turning it on, click the "Settings" button to set the synchronization effect as needed. Finally, if the document is damaged or accidentally lost or deleted, you can use the "one-click recovery" function to operate it. With these steps, you should be able to retrieve or restore your documents. The following are relevant picture resources to assist in explaining the above steps: 1.
