In August 2022, the task force requested the Ministry of Public Security to launch a nationwide cluster campaign and mobilized more than a hundred police officers to go to 9 cities in 5 provinces, including Guizhou and Zhejiang, to carry out network closing operations, destroying the sale of citizens’ personal information, diversion, money laundering, and fraud-related APP development in one fell swoop. , 5 overseas fraud gangs, 34 suspects were arrested, and more than 200 cases nationwide were solved, with the amount involved reaching more than 20 million yuan.
