￭ Select cells C2-C8, which is the "Contract Expiration Date" ” data column, click “Start” to find “Conditional Formatting”, and then select “New Rule”.
Select "Use formulas to determine the cells to be formatted" in the dialog box that pops up, and fill in the formula under the editing rule description:
"=C2-Today()<=30"
The formula is set to less than or equal to 30, which means that the table data will turn red when the employee contract expiration date is less than 30 days.
Thisdaynumber can be changed according to your own needs.
Then click Format to select the pattern fill color. I chose red, and then click "OK".
The final effect is that the employee corresponding to the red highlighted cellemployeeis one whose contract is about to expire.
