1. The authorization of entrusted authority is the most important part of the power of attorney. A general power of attorney only grants the agent the right to litigate on his behalf, but does not have the right to dispose of substantive rights. You only need to write "general power of attorney" on the power of attorney. Specially authorized agents also grant the agent certain rights to dispose of substantive rights, such as filing lawsuits, admitting, giving up, changing claims, conducting reconciliation, mediation, etc. Special authorization must clearly enumerate the substantive rights granted.
