Writing a graduation thesis is an important task that every student must complete before graduation. WPS provides a comprehensive tool set to help you complete this task easily.
First, click "Members Only" above the WPS toolbar option, and then select the"Paper Plagiarism Check"function.
In this interface, you can select "General Paper Checking", which is usually suitable for students' paper plagiarism checking needs.
After that, select a plagiarism check engine and enter your paper title and author information.
Click the "Start Plagiarism Check" button, and the system will automatically calculate the number of characters in the paper (excluding spaces) and display the required payment amount for you.
On the plagiarism check results page, you can click the "Use WPS to change plagiarism" button to enter the modification interface. Here, you can see a brief summary of the paper's plagiarism check report. Click the "Expand" button to view more details. The system will point out the parts that need to be modified, and you can edit them accordingly. After completing the modification, click "I have modified the current text field" and the system will automatically update the status. If there are duplicate text fields, the system also provides information such as similarity, source and title.
Finally, return to the "Paper Duplicate Check" interface and click the "Export Duplicate Check Report" button. In the pop-up window, select the report type and output directory you need, and click OK after confirming that everything is correct. You can then download your paper duplicate check report. The report will list the duplicate parts in the paper in detail and provide modification suggestions.
Through these functions of WPS, students can complete the plagiarism checking and revision of graduation thesis more efficiently and accurately.
