The margin refers to the distance between the document content and the edge of the page. It can be adjusted according to the content layout during typesetting or printing.
￭ After using the shortcut key Ctrl+A to select all documents, click Page Layout - Page Margins to select the preset margin list. Choose commonly used page margins.
￭ Available margin types include Normal, Narrow, Moderate, and Wide.
￭ If there is no suitable option in the preset margin list, you can click "Custom Margins" to pop up "Page Settings" ” dialog box, in which you can set the size of the top, bottom, left, and right page margins respectively.
￭ In the "Paper Orientation" option, you can adjust the paper to "Portrait" or "Landscape".
