When sharing externally, you can restrict "only designated people can view" and support the restriction "cannot download and save"
▪ Click the "Share" button in the upper right corner of the document
▪ After setting the "View", "Edit", "Specified Person" and other permissions for the document link in the pop-up window, click "Create and Share"
