Party classes are an effective method for the party organization to educate party members in the form of lectures. It is a regular and important work of the party organization. It must reflect the principles of highlighting the party spirit, integrating theory with practice, party members and cadres taking the lead, and being carried out on schedule and consistent with actual needs.

Job Requirements

(1) Convening cycle

It should be held at least once every quarter, and the number of party classes can be increased appropriately as needed.

(2) Participants

All party members of the party branch can also recruit party activists to participate.

(3) Teaching staff

1. The party branch secretary should give a party class at least once a year;

2. Members of the branch team should take the lead in giving party lessons;

3. Superior leaders, experts and scholars can be invited to teach special party classes or provide party class guidance;

4. Advanced models (people inside and outside the branch are acceptable) can be invited to conduct reporting party classes;

5. Party members can be organized to take turns giving party lectures.

(4) Teaching content

The main content is the party's basic theoretical education, party spirit, party style and party discipline education, and situation and task education.

1. Special party courses arranged by the superior party organization;

2. Independently determined topics based on the actual situation of the unit and the ideological status of party members: mainly include educating party members on the party’s basic theory, basic policies, basic knowledge, scientific and technological cultural knowledge, party spirit, party style, party discipline, and situation tasks around the current situation. .

(5) Meeting minutes

1. Time, location, host, attendance and absence of party members;

2. The theme of the party class, the teaching method, and the speaker;

3. Party class content;

4. Party members’ interactive discussions and tests.

(6) Relevant requirements

1. Party courses must be close to the Party’s central work and Party members’ ideological, work and life realities, and must not be replaced by technical guidance, business exchanges, etc.;

2. The content of party lessons must reflect the lecturer’s opinions and experiences, and shall not be replaced by reading out theories, policies, study documents, etc.;

3. Party classes must include multimedia courseware or text lecture notes, which shall be archived by the branch and reported to the company’s Party Building Department for record;

4. Each branch should combine reality and innovate the form of party lectures, such as "micro-party classes", online live broadcasts, on-site teaching, open party classes between branches, etc.;

5. For those who are absent from party classes, make-up classes must be made and corresponding records must be kept.
