So how to create an information form?
First open WPS office, click the [New] button on the left, you can see that the form templates have been divided into popular, There are five categories: sales statistics, information registration, event registration, and questionnaires. Select a template and click to enter the editing interface.
If there is no suitable scene template, you can click [New Blank Form] to create a customized form.
Take the club registration form as an example, click [Activity Registration]-[Society Registration Form], click [Now Use the ] button to enter the editing interface.
Enter the form title and click the text part to edit the copy.
The [Add Picture] button in the lower right corner, you can choose to add locally, online gallery, etc., select Add to insert .

Take the [Mobile Phone Number] question box as an example. Click the drop-down box in the lower right corner to choose from a variety of answer types. Select the mobile phone number here.
After confirmation, the person who fills out the questionnaire can only fill in the specified content format.
Contact information must be a required question in the club registration form, so you can check [Required].

Click the more symbols in the lower right corner to find [Add Question Description]. Note here that only campus email addresses can be added.
After the form is set up, you can click the [Preview] button on the right to preview the entire form.
If you need to adjust, click the [Edit Form] button below to return to the editing interface.
￭Click the [Settings] button to edit the form status, filler identity, filling permissions, and filling notifications.
After editing, click the [Complete Creation] button, you can choose to fill in the user, and select the invitation method after confirmation.
