When we make paragraph adjustments to the content in the document, we don’t want to change them one by one. We can use the ultra-convenient paragraph layout tool to accomplish.
Take this document as an example. It is a very messy short article with almost no paragraphs. Now we need to beautify it.
￭ First, "Ctrl+A" selects the entire document, drag the ruler below the menu bar to adjust, and the upper ruler controls the position of the entire paragraph.
The lower ruler controls the position of the first line of the paragraph , it only takes a few seconds to set up the paragraph layout.
￭ So what should you do if you want to adjust the spacing between paragraphs? Click "Start" to find "Show/Hide Edit Markers" and check "Show Paragraph Layout Button ".
Then the "Paragraph Layout Icon" will appear on each line.
￭ Click this icon, and a paragraph selection box will appear. Drag the triangular arrow in the middle of the border to edit this paragraph. Drag up or down to set paragraph spacing.
Pull left and right to set the paragraph indent. If you want to exit "Paragraph Layout", you can double-click anywhere outside the gray paragraph, or click the upper right corner to close it.
