This issue will introduce you to the table interface elements—columns, cells, and bottom bar view tools.
This column of the horizontal column is called a row and is marked 1234. This vertical column is called a column and is labeled ABCD.
The grids in the middle are called cells.
￭ When indicating the position of a certain cell, use the form of column label + row number. We call the first row and first column A1, and we call the second row and second column B2.
You can also see the location of the cell we selected in the name box on the upper left.Enter the column label + row number here, and you can quickly locate it. Specify the cell.
For example, if we enter A50 and click Enter, we will quickly jump to that cell.
￭ We all know that the calculation function of tables is very powerful.
Next to the name box is the calculation formula display bar. Here is an example to help everyone understand.
For example, we enter 1 in A1 and 2 in A2.
Position the cursor at A3, enter =A1+A2 in the formula display bar,Press Enter to confirm to calculate.
We can also directly enter =A1+A2 in cell A3 and press Enter to confirm the answer.
At this time, you can click on cell A3 to view the formula in the formula display bar.
￭ There are some view widgets on the right side of the lower sidebar.
The first tool is the normal view, and now this page is the normal view.
The second one is the paging preview, where you can see how the pages will be divided when printing.
The third one is the reading mode. Clicking on a cell is very convenient to view the data in the same column as it.
The last one is eye protection mode, and the page turns green.
Sliding the scroll bar can quickly adjust the view display to zoom in and out.
