This function rounds the decimal to the specified number of digits in currency format and converts it to text. The format used is (￥#,##0.00_);(￥#,##0.00).
Syntax
RMB (number,decimals)
Number A number, a reference to a cell containing a number, or a formula that evaluates to a number.
Decimals The number of digits to the right of the decimal point in a decimal number. If Decimals is negative, the parameter number is rounded to the corresponding number of digits from the decimal point to the left.
If Decimals are omitted, their value is assumed to be 2.
Description
Between using the Cells command in the Format menu to format cells containing numbers and using the RMB function to format numbers directly
The difference is that the RMB function converts the result to text, while numbers formatted using the Cells command remain numbers. You can continue to use them in formulas
Use numbers formatted by the RMB function because WPS Tables converts numbers entered as text values into numbers when calculating formulas.
