Select the cell range, click "Cell" - "Convert text to value" to convert it with one click.

￭ "Convert text to hyperlink" can convert the URL into a hyperlink that can be directly clicked. Format.

The links in the table cannot be directly clicked to jump. This is because these links are formatted as text and need to be converted into hyperlink format.

Select the cell area, click "Cell" - "Convert text to hyperlink" to convert it with one click.

￭ "Cell" - "Lock Cell" can quickly set the selected cell to "Locked" status.

It should be noted that this setting can only take effect after clicking the "Protect Worksheet" button in the "Review" tab.

Click Protect Worksheet to set whether users are allowed to select locked cells.

￭ "Cell" - "Clear" has five clearing modes to choose from.

Clear all, that is, clear the cells to their initial state.

Clear the format, that is, retain the content and return the format to the initial setting.

Clear the content, that is, the formatting is retained and the content entered in the cell is cleared.

Clear comments, that is, clear the comments added to the cell.

Just select the cells you want to clear and select the clear mode.This tool is the same as Start< /span>-The same as the eraser.

Clearing special characters means clearing spaces, newlines, single quotes and invisible characters in cells.

￭ "Cell" - "Set cell format", this function is the same as right-clicking - Set the cell format the same, the shortcut key is Ctrl+1.
