When we print a table, the table is usually printed vertically. So how to print a horizontally long table when it is horizontally long?
▪ Take this table as an example. The table is very long horizontally.
Click on the print preview in the upper left corner. You can see that the horizontal part of the table has not been printed on a piece of paper.
Click "Landscape" in the upper left corner of the print preview to change the printing paper to landscape printing, so that the landscape table can be fully displayed.
▪We can also change the orientation of the paper in the menu bar Page Layout - Paper Orientation.
