So how does WPS print a form on a piece of paper?
￭ Taking this form as an example, you now need to print a student contact information form.
￭ Click "Print Preview" and you can see that this form is divided into two pages, and the second page has very little content, which can easily cause paper waste.
￭ Now I will teach you how to set up printing on a piece of paper. After closing the print preview, click "Page Layout" in the menu bar and find "Page Zoom".
Select "Print entire worksheet on one page."
￭ Click "Print Preview" again, and you can see that all the content is on one page, but the table is too small and shrunk to the upper left corner of the paper, which is unsightly;
￭ We can make some adjustments, click "Page Zoom" and select "Custom Zoom".
￭ Change the "Scale Ratio" to 150% and click "OK".
￭ At this point you can see that the table has become larger, but it is still within one page.
￭ Then adjust the table margins so that they are centered and the multi-page table can be printed on one page~
