We often encounter this problem at work. When we need to print a table on multiple pages, the tables other than the homepage have no title rows.

We don't know what each column of numbersrepresents. How can I set up the print title line to make it easier for viewers to view it?

￭For this table, find "Page Layout" in the menu bar and click "Print Title",

￭ Position the cursor in the input box of the top title row, and then go to the table to select the title row area you want,

￭Next, set the page number, click "Header and Footer", and select "Page 1 of ?" in "Footer", Click "OK" after selecting;

￭ Now take a look at the print preview. Each page will have a title line and the page numbers will be set.
