We often use WPS tables for data statistics in sales work.
When printing these tables, you sometimes encounter problems such as modifying page margins, printing direction, title settings, etc.
￭ Taking the sales table as an example, click Print Preview in the upper left corner of the menu bar and find that the table is in the upper left corner of the page, which is very unsightly.
Suppose we need to set the left and right page margins to 2.5CM and display the table in the center.
First, exit the preview mode, click the upper menu bar-Page Layout-Page Margins, and a dialog box will pop up.
We can set the distance between the top, bottom, left and right of the page and the header and footer. Enter 2.5 for left and right respectively.
Then set the centering method of the page and check horizontal and vertical centering at the same time. Click OK and the page margins will be modified.
Click Print Preview again to see the final effect.
￭What should we do if we want to print in landscape orientation and the paper size is postcard format?
Click Paper Orientation and select landscape paper in the pop-up window.
Click Paper Size, and in the dialog box you can set the orientation, zoom, paper size, quality and starting page number.
We select Postcard in Paper Size and click OK, so that the orientation and size of the paper are modified.
Click Print Preview to preview the changed table style.
￭The function of printing title is to fix the title at the top and left side of each printed page.
Click Print Title and select the title you want to print in the top title row.
Click OK and this title will appear at the top of every printed page.
