When we use WPS text office, if we want to quickly compare and highlight the differences between two documents and generate revised documents, we can use the comparison function.
The following will show you how to use this function.
▪Taking this composition as an example, if we want to compare composition 1 and composition 2.
Click Review-Compare on the upper menu bar, and the "Compare Documents" dialog box will pop up.
Add a reference document at the "original document" and a comparison document at the "revised document".
Click "More" to set the comparison settings below,Click OK after setting, this to open the comparison results document.
You can see the comparison results on the left side of the document interface, and you can see the original document and the revised document on the right side of the document interface.
