Select the table, click Table Tools - Table Properties in the upper menu bar, and the Table Properties dialog box will pop up. We select "Row".
In the options, check "Repeat as title row at the top of each page" and click OK to apply this setting to the table of the document.
Or click the Table Tools tab in the upper menu bar and click the "Repeat Title Row" button here to achieve a cross-page table with titles on each page.
What needs to be noted here is that the "Duplicate Title Row" needs to be set before the table crosses the page.
