Operation steps
Step 1: Upload images
- Open the Font Search website and click the picture icon on the right side of the search box in the middle of the page (see the red circle in the picture below).
- In the pop-up "Open" dialog box, find the text screenshot whose font you want to identify, select the text screenshot, and click the Open button in the lower right corner of the dialog box.
Step 2: Confirm the word
After completing the first step of uploading the image, QiuFont.com identified the three characters "Autumn", "Yi" and "Dense" respectively. Next, under "Please select the most distinctive word below", hover the mouse over the word "cong" and click the "Confirm complete word" button that appears under the word "cong".
(Explanation: "The most distinctive character" means the single character that best reflects the characteristics of the font.)
Step 3: Identify the results
Click the "Start Search" button in the display interface. Next, Fonts.com will display the recognition results: "A total of 20 possible matching fonts were found", and the font "Zoku Literary Style Regular" that the website thinks is the most matching will be displayed on All possible matching fonts are at the top.
Click the green "Start Search" button below the text "Autumn".
Displays the font recognition results and arranges the fonts that the website thinks are the best matches at the top.
Tips
Sometimes after text screenshots are uploaded to the font-seeking website, the website cannot recognize them as complete single characters, but instead recognizes them as various components after the text is split. At this time, you need to perform an additional manual spelling operation. Drag different components of the text together to form a complete word, then "Confirm the complete word", and then click "Start Search" Button recognition results.
