When I usually make PPT, I often use Alibaba's material library. The resources are relatively rich and the quality is good, but most people don't know about it.

The small icon material website has a large number of vector icon materials. It has also recently updated some small illustrations and 2.5D icons.
Supports search function, very convenient. For example, if I want to find a small icon for WeChat, if I directly search for "WeChat", a large number of icons in various forms will appear.
